CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-26 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMMENDMENTS TO THE <br />DESIGNATED MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the <br />City Council designate certain streets within the City of Lino Lakes to comprise a Municipal <br />State Aid Street system (MSAS); and <br />AND WHEREAS, Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has <br />approved the modifications to the City of Lino Lakes MSAS; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The following are Municipal State Aid System designations: <br />• Addition of Town Center Parkway from Lake Drive (CR 23) to Village Drive <br />o Segment Length: 0.33 miles <br />• Addition of Village Drive from Town Center Parkway to Town Center Parkway <br />o Segment Length: 0.35 miles <br />• West Bound One Way Area = 0.11 miles <br />• East Bound One Way Area = 0.10 miles <br />• Two Way Area = 0.14 miles <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, a • r <br />ATTEST: <br />u e Bartell, City Cler <br />
