CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-27 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 18-27 of the Council adopted on October 10, 2018, <br />awarding the contract for the West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project to Geislinger & <br />Sons; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $41,849.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Many. and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, a or <br />ATTEST: <br />ianne Bartell, Ci,ty Cler <br />
