CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-28 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR NORTHPOINTE 7TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development agreement for NorthPointe 7th <br />Addition with Resolution No. 18-50 on May 14, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the original park dedication fees shall be reimbursed in the amount of $25,845; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer shall complete the work in coordinate with their other site work; and <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the trail shall meet the City's General Specifications and <br />Standard Detail Plates for Street and Utility Construction dated February 2018. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Amendment to Development Agreement & Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement between Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc. and the City of Lino Lakes for <br />NorthPointe 7th Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />uhnne Bartell, <br />Y <br />Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, a:or <br />
