CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-32 <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT <br />LOCAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN DATED NOVEMBER, 2018 <br />WHEREAS, the City's Local Surface Water Management Plan dated November, 2018 has <br />been updated in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235 and Minnesota Rules <br />8410; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />Adopts the November, 2018 Local Surface Water Management Plan. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, M. or <br />ATTEST: <br />iatne Bartell,'City Clerk <br />
