CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-38 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 3-19 <br />FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second reading of Ordinance No. 3-19, <br />WHEREAS, MN Statute 412.191 provides for a city to publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, publication in the City's official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the summary in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City <br />Charter. <br />Adopted by the Council of the Lino Lakes this 25th day of March 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Stoesz, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju iI`e B rtell, City Clerk <br />
