CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-40 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Chrzanowski, Financial Advisors for Edward Jones Financial has <br />submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Chrzanowski has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted background checks on the <br />company representative that will be working in Lino Lakes, Daniel Chrzanowski; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Edward Jones Financial to sell services door to door for a period of six -months <br />beginning March 26, 2019 and ending September 26, 2019. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th of March, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, SToesz, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, a or <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City lerk <br />
