CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-46 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for -profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representative in the past 12 months on Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Mr. Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby authorized to vend for a <br />period of six -months beginning April 9, 2019 and ending October 9, 2019. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of April, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council MemberRafferty and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Rafferty, Stoesz, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reine , Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianhe Bartell, City Clerk <br />
