CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-50 <br />APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN ANOKA COUNTY CDBG AND HOME <br />PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the County of Anoka is competing the Urban Requalification process to receiving and <br />administer Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds from the Community Development <br />Block Grant Program and the HOME (Home Investment Partnerships Program); and <br />WHEREAS, the County is required to notify participating cities of the option to be excluded from <br />Anoka County's "Urban County" funding cycles for federal fiscal years 2020 through 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes finds that it is in the best interests of the city to remain a participate <br />in with Anoka County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA, that the City will continue to participate in the Anoka County CBDG and <br />HOME programs for federal fiscal years 2020 through 2022. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli <br />e Bartell, Cit, Clerk <br />Jeff Reinert, or <br />
