Background <br />•The draft Comprehensive Plan was completed in March of <br />2018. <br />•The City Council expressed some concern about the Mixed <br />Use land classification and had questions regarding <br />residential densities. <br />•A number of meeting were held in 2018 to discuss the <br />changes. <br />•A joint City Council/Planning & Zoning Board meeting was <br />held on March 5, 2019 to discuss the changes <br />•The Council and P&Z reviewed the proposed changes and directed <br />staff to schedule the public hearing.
