Land Use -Mixed Use Land Use Classification <br />•Following the final open house in April 2018, the Council directed <br />staff to revisit the Mixed Use Land Use designation <br />•The Council and the Planning & Zoning Board have reviewed a <br />number of options to reclassify and better differentiate these areas <br />than the 2030 Plan <br />•Changes include: <br />•The elimination of the Mixed Use designation <br />•Creation of five new land use districts <br />•Low Density Mixed Residential <br />•Planned Residential/Commercial <br />•Signature Gateway <br />•Town Center <br />•Office/Medium Density
