The Council will consider the installation <br />of Sanitary• sewer and municipal water and the <br />Improvement of Ware Road in accordance with <br />the report and thltassessment of benefited prop- <br />erty for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br />ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 t <br />and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$464,794.73. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held' on such <br />proposed improvement on the 12th day of Novem- <br />ber,1991 in the r t : rs of the city hall at <br />7:00 p.m. and shall give mailed and <br />published lobed if'such hearing and improve <br />ments as required by --law. <br />Adopted by the l.ttio Lakes City Council this <br />14th day of October. 1991. <br />' Harold L.
