The Council willconsider the improvement <br />of the Pheasant Hills Preserve, Phase II Im- <br />provement in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefited property f rpall or <br />a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement <br />and Chapter 8 to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total <br />cost of the improvement of $227, 0 he�i .. on such <br />2.
