<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the
<br />Council adopted on June 24, 1991 with reference
<br />to the Storage for Water System (Elevated Water
<br />Storage Facility) Improvement and this report was
<br />received by the Council on .Ally 8, 1991.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE if RESOLVED BY
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNE-
<br />SOT,A:
<br />1.TheCoundlwiltconsiderthe improvement
<br />for. Storage for WaterSy*arn (Elevated Water
<br />Storage Fadtty) in accoplan e with the report and
<br />the assessment of benefitproperty for all or a
<br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter429 and Chapter 8 of
<br />the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total
<br />cost of the improvementof $1,028,000.00 for a
<br />750,000 gallon tank and $1,239,000.00 for a
<br />1,000,000 gallon tank;,
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such
<br />proposed improvement wilt* 12th day of August,
<br />1991 in the council cfiamti tofthecityhalat7:00
<br />PM and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
<br />notice of such hearing and improvements as re-
<br />:ituired by law•
