PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />.ri <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />--CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />:CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />_„?'-WENZELFARMS' <br />WHEREAS:..-__; pursuant to resolution of <br />the council adopted January 14, 1991, a report <br />has been prepared by Darrell Schneider of TKDA <br />with reference to the improvement of Wenzel <br />Farms, and this report was received by the council <br />:onMarch 11,1991. <br />• NOW THEREFORE, BE ff RESOLVED. BY <br />THE CRY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNE- <br />SOTA <br />1.The council will consider the improvement <br />'of such Wenzel Farms in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of benefitting properly <br />.for all otia portion of the cost of the improvement <br />'.. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter at an estimated <br />$1,404,160.00..' <br />2. A public -hearing shall be held on such <br />proposed improvement on April 8, 1991 at 7:15 <br />P.M. and the clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />I by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes Council on March <br />11, 1991- <br />Harold L.
