PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION .ri Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: --CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 19 - 91 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND :CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF _„?'-WENZELFARMS' WHEREAS:..-__; pursuant to resolution of the council adopted January 14, 1991, a report has been prepared by Darrell Schneider of TKDA with reference to the improvement of Wenzel Farms, and this report was received by the council :onMarch 11,1991. • NOW THEREFORE, BE ff RESOLVED. BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNE- SOTA 1.The council will consider the improvement 'of such Wenzel Farms in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitting properly .for all otia portion of the cost of the improvement '.. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter at an estimated $1,404,160.00..' 2. A public -hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on April 8, 1991 at 7:15 P.M. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required I by law. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer • The motion forthe adoption of the foregoing resoliytion was duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Bisel,Reinert and Bohjanen..; The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether abstained.
