PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 - 91 <br />RESOLU�RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />CA A HEARING ON THE <br />• IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE DRIVE FROM <br />FAIRMONT DRIVE TO ELM STREET <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the <br />Council adopted on March 11,1991 with reference <br />to the improvement of Sunrise Drive (Fairmont <br />Drive to Elm Street), and this report was received <br />by the Council on April 22, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNE- <br />SOTA <br />1. The Council will consider the improve- <br />ment of Sunrise <br />Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street) in ac- <br />cordance with the report and the assessment of <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter at an estimated total cost of the improve- <br />ment of $75,400.00. <br />2. A pubic hearing shall be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 28th day of May, <br />1991 in the council chambers of the cityllat7:00 <br />P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and publiished <br />notice of such hearing and improvements as re- <br />quired by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this <br />22nd day of April, 1991. <br />Marilyn G.
