PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 33 - 91 RESOLU�RECEIVING REPORT AND CA A HEARING ON THE • IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE DRIVE FROM FAIRMONT DRIVE TO ELM STREET WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on March 11,1991 with reference to the improvement of Sunrise Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street), and this report was received by the Council on April 22, 1991, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNE- SOTA 1. The Council will consider the improve- ment of Sunrise Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street) in ac- cordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improve- ment of $75,400.00. 2. A pubic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of May, 1991 in the council chambers of the cityllat7:00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and publiished notice of such hearing and improvements as re- quired by law.
