CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33-91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIV- <br />ING REPORT AND CALLING <br />A HEARING ON THE IM- <br />PROVEMENT OF SUNRISE <br />DRIVE FROM FAIRMONT <br />DRIVE TO ELM STREET. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a <br />resolution of the Council adopted on <br />March 11, 1991 with reference to <br />the improvement of Sunrise Drive <br />(Fairmont Drive to Elm Street), and <br />this report was received by the <br />Council on April 22, 1991. <br />Now therefore, be it resolved <br />by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The Council will consider <br />the improvement of Sunrise Drive <br />(Fairmont Drive to Elm Street) in <br />accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of benefitted property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improve- <br />ment t of $75,400.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be <br />held onsuchproposed improvement <br />on the 28th day of May, 1991 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at <br />7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as re- <br />quired by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes <br />City Council this 22nd day of April, <br />1991. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />Council Member Reinert in- <br />troduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption <br />The motion for adoption of <br />the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member <br />Kuether and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bisel, Kuether, Neal, Rein- <br />ert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against <br />same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />Published in the Circulating <br />Pines on May 2 & 9,1991. <br />
