PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION STATE OF MINNESOTA ) County of Ramsey ) I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which are stated below: --- ��_•�^�^��'-se--omplied with all of the requirements constitut- Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved is adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 96 -113 `RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS IN TRAPPER'S CROSSING, PHASE 1 • WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on September 9, 1996, the City Clerk was directed toprepare a, proposed assessment of the costs outlined in the Development Agreement for Trapper's Crossing, Phase I, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in her office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MIN- NESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on Monday, October 14, 1996, in the cdy halt 1189 Main Street, Uno Lakes; Minnesota, at 6:45 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assess- ment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two (2) weeks prior to the hearing, and she shall state in the notice the total costs of the improvement. She shall elso caused mailed notice to be given.to the owners of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two (2) weeks prior to the hearings. 3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assess- ment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Clerk except that no interest shall be charged if the entire asseesmerlt is paid within thirty (30) days from the adoption of the assessment. He may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment -remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 3 1, of the year in which payment is made.Such payment must be made before November 15, or interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeeding year.
