<br />RESOLUTION NO. 96.52
<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE OTTER
<br />LAKE ROAD REALIGNMENT FEASIBILITY
<br />REPORT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING.
<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the
<br />Council adopted February 12, 1996, a report
<br />has been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with
<br />reference to the Otter Lake Road Street
<br />Improvement, and this report was received by
<br />the Council on May 13, 1996,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
<br />LAKES, MINNESOTA:
<br />1. The Council will consider the improve-
<br />ment in accordance with the report and the
<br />assessment of abutting property for all or a por-
<br />tion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the esti-
<br />mated total cost of the improvement.
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such
<br />proposed improvement on the 1Oth day of,.
<br />June,, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the
<br />City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk shall give
<br />mailed and published notice of such hearing
<br />and improvement as required by law.
<br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of
<br />May;1946."

<br />. The motion for adoption of the foregoing
<br />resolution was duly seconded by Council
<br />* Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken
<br />'Thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

<br />The following voted against same: None.
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared
<br />baited `and adopted.
