<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE CEDAR
<br />-STREET „LIFT STATION FEASIBILITY
<br />REPOT f AND SETTING A PUBUC HEARING.
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the
<br />Council adopted May 13, 1996, a report has
<br />been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with ref-
<br />erence to the sanitary sewer lift station
<br />improvement and this report was received by
<br />the Council on May 13, 1996.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
<br />BY THE:CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />UNOtAKES MINNESOTA:
<br />1. The Council will consider the improve-
<br />ment in accordance with the report and the
<br />assessment of abutting property for all or a por-
<br />tion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the esti-
<br />mated total cost of the improvement.
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such
<br />proposed improvement on the loth day of
<br />June, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the
<br />City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk shall give
<br />mailed and pjliuch hearing
<br />and improvemee0s w.

<br />The motion for' adoption of the foregoing
<br />resolution was duly seconded by Council
<br />Member Bergeson and' upon vote being taken
<br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
<br />Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers.
<br />The following voted against same: None.
<br />Whereupon' said resolution was declared
<br />passed, adopted. CERTIFICATION
<br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct
<br />copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and,
<br />approved by the City Council on May 13,1996.
