PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION STATE OF MINNESOTA ) County of Ramsey ) I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which are stated below: (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constitut- Council Member Kuether introduced the folbwing resolution and moved its adoption: fied newspaper, as provided by Minnesota CITY OF UNO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 96 -122 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RICE LAKE ESTATES LETTER OF MAP REVISION PROJECT - WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City CouncilonSeptember 9, 1996, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the costs outlined in the Agreement for the Rice Lake Estates Letter of Map Revision Project, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in her office for public inspection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MIN- NESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on Monday, October 14, 1996, in the city hall, 1189 Main Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at 6:45 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assess- ment to be published once in the official newspaper at least twit (2) weeks prior to the hearing, and she shall state in the notice the total costs of the improvement, She shall also caused maii8d notice to be given to the owners of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two (2) weeks prior to the hearings. 3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assess- ment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on Such property, with iinterest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Clerk except that no interest stitalbe charged if the emirs assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the adoption of the assessment. He may at any time thereafter, pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31, of the year in which payment is made. Such payment must be made before November 15, or interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeeding year.
