<br />was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the costs outlined in the Development
<br />Agreement for , the the n Lake Condominiums, and cut from the columns of said newspaper, and
<br />WHEREAS, Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has
<br />been completed and filed in her office for public inspection, led once each week, for ONE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESO successive weeks;

<br />I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
<br />on oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
<br />agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
<br />Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
<br />are stated below:

<br />1.A hearing shall be held on Monday, October 14, 1996, in the city hall,.1189 Main Street, Lino on
<br />Lakes, Minnesota, at 6:45 P.M. to pass upon such proposed aQgeasment and at such time and 6
<br />place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be —' and was thereafter printed and published on

<br />be made before November 15, or interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeeding
<br />year.

<br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member TITLE: Publisher
<br />Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor Bergeson, Kuether,
<br />Lyden, Neal, Landers.
