AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />OTA ss <br />Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY Ck LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.97-38 <br />RESOLUTION CALL HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT—MARVY STREET ANsbeing duly sworn, on oath says the he or she is <br />LEONARD DRIVE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 10, 1997 a report was e of the publisher of the newspaper known as -The -- <br />received with reference to the improvement of Marvy Street between Sunset Road and Jon <br />Avenue and Leonard Avenue between Marvy Street and the Bradley Street by constructing he facts which are stated below: <br />water main and sanitary sewer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Oiled with all of the requirements constituting <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA; <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the repot . as provided by Minnesota Statue 331 A.02, 331 A.07 <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pured2d <br />suant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Section 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at <br />an estimated cost of the improvement of $806,730.00. <br />2.
