<br />I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
<br />on oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
<br />agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
<br />Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
<br />are stated below:
<br />(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constitut-
<br />ing qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota
<br />Statute 331A.02, 331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amended.
<br />COUNCIL MEMBER BERGESON INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION
<br />AND MOVED ITS ADOPTION:
<br />CITY OF UNO LAKES
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 97.63
<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT-
<br />WARE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION.
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 24, 1997, a report has been
<br />prepared by OSM, Inc., with reference to the improvement of Ware Road between Ash Street and
<br />Birch Street by constructing water supply systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems,
<br />installing curb and gutter and reconstructing street, and this report was received by the council on
<br />May 12, 1997, and
<br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is neces-
<br />sary, cost-effective, and feasible,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
<br />LAKES, MINNESOTA:
<br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and
<br />3solution No. 97.63
<br />the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and Lino Lakes Charter, Chapter 8, at an estimated WWI coat of
<br />the improvement of $1,857,613.75.
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day of June,1997,
<br />in the council chambers of the City Hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give Rnaiied 400 published
<br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
<br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of May, 1997.

<br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Maw Neal
<br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t ereot Bergeson, Koster, L yden,
<br />Neal, Landers.
<br />The following voted against same: None.
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
