PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION COUNCIL MEMBER BERGESON INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION AND MOVED ITS ADOPTION: CITY OF UNO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 97-75 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted June 9, 1997, a report has, been prepared by SEH, Inc., with reference to the improvement of Lilac Street between Apollo Drive and Lake Drive and take Drive from 35W to Main Street by constructing watermain and sanitary sewer and this report was received by the council on June 9, 1997, and WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is nec- essary, cost-effective, and feasible, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF UNO LAKES, MINNESOTA*. 1. The council will consider the improve- ment of such Street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all. or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Section 8 of Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated cost of the improve- ment of $1,900,000. 2. A public hearing shall be, held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of July, 1997, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve- ment as required by law. Anderson Clerk -Treasurer The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Lyden, Neal, Landers. The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
