<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT- LAKES ADDRIQN STREET
<br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted Aprn14, 1997, a report has been
<br />prepared by SEH, Inc., with reference to the improvement of the followkuj
<br />STREET FROM TO

<br />by constructing sanitary sewer systems, water supply systems, storm sewer systems and
<br />reconstructing street, and this report was received by the council on June 23,1997, and,
<br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the'proposed, project is neces-
<br />sary, cost-effective, and feasible,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
<br />LAKES, MINNESOTA
<br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets inaccordance with the report end
<br />the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 129 and the Lino Lakes City Charter atran estimated total cost of the
<br />improvement of $1,990,100.
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 2ttrh day of July, 1997, in the
<br />council chambers of the city hall at 8:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
<br />such hearing and improvement as required by law.
<br />Adopted by the City Council this 23rd day of June, 1997.

<br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
<br />Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Bergeson, Kuether,
<br />Lyden, Neal, Landers.
<br />The following voted against same: None.
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
