PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION Council Member Kuether introduced the fol- lowing resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 97-147 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING FOR LAKE DRIVE TRUNK UTILITY;OVEMENTS FROM • 79TH STREET TZ•t 1N-STREET AND MAIN STREET FROM LAME DRIVE TO UNO LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted October 13, 1997, a report has been prepared by SEH, Inc., with reference to the improvement of Lake Drive from 79th Street to Main Street and along Main Street from Lake Drive to Lino Lakes Elementary School by con- structing watermain and sanitary sewer and this report was received by the council on October 13, 1997, and WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is nec- essary, cost-effective, and feasible, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The council will consider the improve- ment of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Section 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated cost of the improve- ment of $836,500. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th darrof November, 1997, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
