CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-17 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON SERVICE ROAD IMPROVEMENT ON NORTH SIDE <br />OF LAKE DRIVE AND EAST OF SECOND AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a reso- <br />lution of the City Council adopted on <br />February 28, 1994, a report has been <br />prepared by Tim Hanson, SEH with <br />reference to the improvement of a ser- <br />vice road on the north side of Lake <br />Drive and east of Second Avenue, and <br />this Iowa was received by the City <br />Council on February 28, 1994. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN- <br />CIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the <br />improvement of such street in accor- <br />dance with the report and the assess- <br />ment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chap- <br />ter429 and Chapter 8 ofthe Lino Lakes <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost <br />of $106,730.00. <br />2. Apublichearingshallbeheld <br />on such proposed improvement on the <br />28th day of March, 1994, in the Coun- <br />cil Chambers of the city hall at 6:45 <br />p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City <br />Councilthis28thdayofFebruary,1994. <br />Wesley A. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of <br />State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit <br />in the form prescribed by Secretary of State and signed by Andrew C.
