<br />accrued to the date of payment, to the City Clerk except that no interest shall be charged If the
<br />entire assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the adoption of the assessment. He may at
<br />any time thereafter, pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpal 'n to before me On

<br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
<br />Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl,
<br />O'Donnell, Reinert. The following voted against same: None
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
