<br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-96
<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
<br />CALL NEARING ON IMPROVEMENT-
<br />NANCY DRIVE/VICKY LANE UTILITY
<br />IMPROVEMENTS.
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the
<br />Council adopted May 10, 1999, and May 24,
<br />1999, a report has been prepared by the City
<br />Engineer, with reference to the improvement of
<br />Nancy Drive and Vicky Lane by constructing
<br />watermain and sanitary sewer, and this report
<br />was received by the council on October 11,
<br />1999, and,
<br />WHEREAS, the report provides information
<br />regarding whether the proposed project is nec-
<br />essary, cost-effective. and feasible,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
<br />LAKES, MINNESOTA:
<br />1. The Council will consider the improve-
<br />ment of such streets in accordance with the
<br />report and the assessment of abutting property
<br />for all or a pof on of the coat of the improve-
<br />ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
<br />429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter at an esti-
<br />mated total' cost of the improvement of
<br />$636,200.
<br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such
<br />improvement on the 22nd day of November,
<br />1999, in the -council chambers of the city hall at
<br />6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and
<br />published notice of such hearing and improve-
<br />ment as r8quhed bylaw.

<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared
<br />passed and adopted.
