<br />WHEREAS, by *solution pursed by the
<br />City Council -on September 13, 1999, the City
<br />Clerk was directed to prepare w proposed
<br />assessment for the 35W/TH49'Interchange
<br />Commercial Development Trunk Utility
<br />Improvements, and •
<br />YAWNERS, the Clerk has notified the City
<br />Council that such proposed assessment has.
<br />been completed and filed In her office for pub-
<br />lic
<br />inspection,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL -OF LJNO LAKES, MIN-
<br />NEWT*,
<br />1. A hearing: shall be held on Monday,
<br />October 25,1999, in the City ice, 600 Town
<br />Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at
<br />6:30 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assess-
<br />ment and at such time and place all petsOns
<br />owning propertyerected by such improvement,
<br />Will be given an oppo,tunly to be heard with
<br />reference to such assessment.
<br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
<br />cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
<br />assessment.* be published once In the ofikeal
<br />newspaper *1 least two (2) weeks prior to the
<br />hearing, and 'the shall state in the notice the
<br />total costs of the improvement. She shall also
<br />cause mailed, notice to be given to the owners
<br />teach paroeldesaibed in the assessment t roil
<br />not less than two (2) weeks prior to the hear-
<br />ings.
<br />3. The .owner of any property. so aasessed
<br />may, at any Ems prior to certification of the
<br />assessment to the County Auditor, pay the
<br />whole of the assessment on such property,
<br />with kiterest aocnied to the date of payment, to
<br />the City Clerk -except that no interest shall be
<br />charged if the eire assessment is paid within
<br />thirty (30) days from the adoption of the
<br />altiessrnent. fie may at any time thereafter, pay
<br />to the City pie* the entire amount of the
<br />assessment reMaining unpaid, with interest
<br />accnied to December 31, of the year In which
<br />payment is made. Such payment must be
<br />made before November 15, or interest will be
<br />charged through December 31 of the succeed-
<br />ing
<br />Year.
