<br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON
<br />ASSESSMENT FOR THE
<br />FELLS PRESERVE IITH
<br />WHEREI�a resolution passed by the
<br />ty Council on September 13, 1999, the City
<br />lerk was directed to prepare a proposed
<br />for the Pheasant Hills Preserve 9th
<br />'Adam l vements, and
<br />W EAS, the Clerk has notified the City
<br />Council that such proposed assessment has
<br />been completed and filed in her office for pub-
<br />lic *Vachon.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
<br />SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
<br />1. Aheaaaring shall be held on Monday,
<br />October 25, 1999, in the City Hall, 600 Town
<br />Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at
<br />6:30 P M, to place upon such proposed assess-
<br />silent and at°ex* time and place all persons
<br />owning property &faded by such improvement
<br />will be given an opportunity to be heard with
<br />referento such assessment.
<br />2. The City Clerk' is hereby directed to
<br />Cause 0. notice of the hearing on the proposed
<br />atirsessMent to be published once ih the official
<br />at least two (2) weeks prior to the
<br />hearir5, and she shall state in the notice the
<br />of the improvement. She shall also
<br />ouse,maiied notice to be given to the owners
<br />of *WI parcel described in the assessment roll
<br />not Base than two (2) weeks prior to the hear-
<br />Tile Farmer of any property so assessed
<br />at any time prior to certification of the
<br />sment to the County Auditor, pay the
<br />e of the assessment on such property,
<br />interest accirtted to the date of payment, to
<br />City Clerk except that no interest shall be
<br />charged if the entire anent is paid within
<br />thirty (30) days from the adoption of the
<br />assessment. He may at any time thereafter,
<br />pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the
<br />assessment remaining unpaid, with interest
<br />accrued to December 31, of the year in which
<br />payment is made. Such payment must be
<br />made before November 15, or interest will be
<br />charged throughDecember 31 of the succeed-
<br />ing year.

<br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken there-
