Aheaaaring shall be held on Monday, <br />October 25, 1999, in the City Hall, 600 Town <br />Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at <br />6:30 P M, to place upon such proposed assess- <br />silent and at°ex* time and place all persons <br />owning property &faded by such improvement <br />will be given an opportunity to be heard with <br />referento such assessment. <br />2. The City Clerk' is hereby directed to <br />Cause 0. notice of the hearing on the proposed <br />atirsessMent to be published once ih the official <br />at least two (2) weeks prior to the <br />hearir5, and she shall state in the notice the <br />of the improvement. He may at any time thereafter, <br />pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the <br />assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br />accrued to December 31, of the year in which <br />payment is made.
