1005.09. Repeal or Amendment of Prior City Ordinances. <br />(List of ordinances to be amended - to be added.) <br />1005.10. Penalty Section. Whoever in any manner violates or fails to comply <br />with any of the terms of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more <br />than Five Hundred and Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for not more than <br />ninety (90) days, or both, together with the costs of prosecution in either case; <br />each day that a violation exists shall be considered as a separate violation. <br />1005.11. Effective Date.
