(12) Sanitary Sewer. No multiple dwelling shall be built unless served <br />by sanitary sewer. <br />(13) Two or More Multiple Dwelling Structures on One Site. Where <br />two or more multiple dwelling structures are to be erected on a <br />single site, the following special requirements shall apply to such <br />buildings exceeding thirty-six (36) feet in height. <br />(A) No building shall be closer to the other building than twice <br />the vertical height of the tallest building up to a maximum <br />of one hundred (100) feet measured from grade. <br />(B) No building shall be closer to the other building than thirty- <br />six (36) feet and shall increase by one (1) foot for each two <br />(2) feet of height and shall not be required to exceed <br />seventy-five (75) feet of separation, measured from grade. <br />Where both building elevations are windowless, this require- <br />ment may be reduced by one-third (1/3). Example: 44' high <br />buildings - B. 40' of separation. <br />(14) Permitted Uses. In all multiple -family districts unless otherwise <br />provided in this code, no building or land shall hereafter be <br />erected, or structurally altered except for one or more of the <br />following uses. Also, all appropriate regulations and standards in <br />Section 1005.05 Subd. 4 (Site and Building Plan Review) and Subd. <br />6 (Certificate of Occupancy) must be satisfied. <br />(A) Two-family dwellings <br />(B) Multiple -family dwellings <br />(C) Public parks, playground <br />(D) Golf courses <br />(E) Churches <br />(15) Conditional Uses. The following uses pursuant to Conditional Use <br />Permit granted by the City Council on application and hearing as <br />provided in this code, and Certificate of Occupancy as provided <br />by 1005.05 Subd. 6. <br />(A) All conditional uses listed in the R-1 District <br />(B) Philanthropic and charitable institutions <br />(C) Nursing homes <br />(D) Hospitals <br />(E) Nursery schools <br />(F) Funeral homes <br />
