Planning & Zoning Board <br />April 10, 2019 <br />Page 5 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />Dan O’Mara, 2905 Northwest Blvd, Plymouth, is with Dominium. Mr. O’Mara <br />explained the current issues. Mr. O’Mara stated that they feel this building is a mixed <br />use building. The proposed plan shows a residential feel on the upper part of the <br />building and a commercial feel on the lower part. <br /> <br />Chair and Board Members suggested bringing back new ideas, proposing all sides to <br />be classy, adding a sense of height, not to solely focus on entrances, and the previous <br />2 inch reveals made the building look sharp. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden reminded the board and staff about a previous architectural subcommittee <br />that existed. Mr. Stimpson and Mr. Laden are interested in being a part of the <br />committee. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Project updates <br /> <br />Mr. Grochala thanked the board for their time and effort on the 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Lyngblomsten preliminary design was approved by City Council. There are ongoing <br />conversations regarding tax increment financing. <br /> <br />Discussions regarding County Road J and Centerville Road. A bill was submitted to <br />receive $1.5M from the State to complete the project. <br /> <br />A house is under construction in Watermark. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle asked the status of advisory board appointments. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Stimpson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:23 P.M. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Laden.
