Consider Resolution No. 19-63, Approving PUD Final <br />95 Plat; ii. Consider Resolution No. 19-63, Approving PUD Final Plan/Final Plat — City Planner <br />96 Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including information on: <br />97 - Developer and proposed general plans; <br />98 - Map of location; <br />99 - Previous council actions (rezoning, <br />100 - Final plat approval is being requested; <br />101 - Transportation and Utility Connection; <br />102 - Park dedication fees; <br />103 - Planning & Zoning Board recommendation to approve. <br />104 <br />105 Council Member Stoesz asked where the wetland bank credits are coming from. Staff indicated a <br />06 location outside of the City and provided an explanation of the wetland bank process. <br />107 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 19-48 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />111 6B) Consider Resolution No. 19-67, Ordering Project, Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />112 Authorizing Advertisement for Bids, for the East Cedar Street & 24th Avenue/Eimcrest Avenue <br />113 North Improvement Project — WSB & Associaties representative Brian Bourassa reviewed the <br />114 request for approval of actions to move forward on these road projects. He reviewed the areas included <br />115 in the project. Some financial responsibility for the project will be covered by the City of Hugo since <br />116 the project area includes both cities. He explained the planned bidding process that should get the best <br />117 result. <br />118 Mayor Reinert remarked that this project will impact a couple of streets that really need work. In the <br />ll 9 case of Elmcrest, the roadway runs through two cities and two counties; teaming up with Hugo is a <br />120 good way to address the needed work. The City has worked with Hugo on getting Cedar done as well. <br />121 The result is a sharing of costs. <br />122 <br />123 Council Member Rafferty extended thanks to staff and the engineers of the City of Hugo for working <br />124 out a good project. <br />125 <br />126 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-67 as presented.
