We didn't become owners until September <br />of 1986. This was started way before we bought the <br />place. <br />Mr. Mvelkin: I guess that becomes the question. Were prior owners <br />notified. <br />Ron Stahlberg: I think the meeting with the previous City Engineer was <br />on site, and the actual legal proceedings I think were <br />-- in audiable--. <br />Marilyn Anderson: The public hearing was held October 27, 1986, and we <br />held an informational meeting here at City Hall with <br />Bob Toddy. <br />Mr. Mvelkin: <br />The informational meeting was held July 20, 1986 <br />And your file notices were sent to the prior owner? <br />Will I be able to get a copy of that notice? <br />Why don't we just note an objection and then I can <br />discuss the entire thing with Ron Stahlberg within a <br />few days. <br />Mayor Benson: Yes. <br />Mr. Mvelkin: Thank you. <br />Mayor Benson: I take it you're off on a legal question as to the buying <br />and selling of the house, as opposed to the assessments <br />from what I can see. <br />Mr. Mvelkin: <br />Well really its both, but I'm not prepared to concede <br />at this time, but we agree on the map of the assessments <br />of this particular parcel verses this other parcel, but.. <br />--in audiable---. <br />
