Staff is recommending scheduling a master planning process this Fall . <br /> Proposed Time Line : <br /> September 10 Send out informational memo to residents <br /> October 7 Present concept plans to area residents and Park Board and solicit feedback <br /> November 4 Area residents and Park Board review preliminary master plan <br /> November 4 Park Board approves master plan <br /> The original master plan ( completed in 1993 ) is attached . There are currently not any approved <br /> improvement plans for Woods of Baldwin Lake Park .
