SECTION 1 <br />SECTION 4 <br />SECTION 5 <br />Water Resources ivt the Watershed <br />LAKES <br />There are 16 lakes within VLAWMO. East Goose Lake, West Goose Lake <br />and Birch Lake are located in White Bear Lake. Tamarack Lake, Fish <br />Lake and Ox Lake are Located in White Bear Township. Gem Lake is <br />located in Gem Lake. Amelia Lake is Located in Lino Lakes. Pleasant <br />Lake, Charley Lake, Deep Lake, Black Lake,Wilkinson Lake and Gilfillan <br />Lake are located in North Oaks. Sucker Lake, East and West Vadnais <br />Lake are located in Vadnais Heights. <br />East Vadnais Lake is the drinking water reservoir for the City of Saint <br />Paul. East Vadnais Lake is supplied with water pumped from the <br />Mississippi River in Fridley that flows via underground aqueduct into <br />Lake Charley in North Oaks. The water then flows east to Pleasant <br />Lake, then south into Sucker Lake, and then into East Vadnais. <br />LAMBERT CREEK <br />VLAWMO has jurisdiction over Lambert Creek, 4.5 miles of creek and <br />wetland that runs from West Goose Lake and eventually empties into <br />East Vadnais Lake. <br />WETLANDS <br />There are over 500 wetlands within VLAWMO.
