The bid process netted <br />73 only one bid, however, and the bid submitted was over budget. Staff is therefore recommending that <br />74 the bid be rejected and staff directed to re -bid the project later in the year. <br />75 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 19-93 as presented. Council Member <br />76 Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />77 <br />78 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />79 <br />80 6A) Consider Resolution No. 19-94, Order Project, Approve Plans and Specifications and <br />81 Authorize Advertisement for Bids for the 2019 Water Tower No. 3 Project — City Engineer <br />82 Hankee reviewed her written staff report. Staff is recommending that the council authorize moving <br />83 forward with a bid process for the newest water tower project. The schedule for the water tower <br />84 project was reviewed. <br />85 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 19-94 as presented. Council Member <br />86 Stoesz seconded the motion.
