1. Change the 2040 Utility Staging Plan (Figure 3-4), (Figure 8-4) and the corresponding <br />text to reclassify the Holly Court properties as utility staging 1A as requested by the <br />landowners. <br />2. Change the Planning District 4 text outlining the following conditions that would need to <br />occur in order for the City to consider the requested Lundgren/Noren requests: <br />a. Development of the Holly Court area is in progress and/or approved for urban <br />development, and <br />b. The amendment includes a Master Plan incorporating the Lundgren, Noren and <br />North Oaks Farms, Inc. property that comprehensively addresses the extension of <br />sanitary sewer and water facilities along with realignment of County Road J <br />through the properties. <br />3. Change the Planning District 3 text to add a new bullet "As the City continues to work <br />with MnDOT, Anoka County and Ramsey County on proposed County Road J <br />improvements and an upgrade to a full interchange to I-35E, the City will evaluate <br />possible plan land use changes in the area". <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 3 day of may , 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Rafferty, Manthey, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />uIi nne Bartell, City/Clerk` <br />2 <br />Jeff Reinert Mayor <br />
