CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-55 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR APTIVE PEST CONTROL <br />WHEREAS, A Representative for Aptive Environmental, LLC Pest Control, has submitted a <br />peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Aptive has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino Lakes <br />City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Aptive Environmental, LLC Pest Control, to travel throughout Lino Lakes offering <br />pest control services for a period of six -months commencing May 14th through November 14, <br />2019. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of May, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Stoesz, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Rein , ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />ne Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />1 <br />
