CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-57 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />COST -SHARE AGREEMENT <br />CENTURY FARM NORTH STORMWATER REUSE STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is proposing to complete a stormwater reuse feasibility <br />study (Study) for the Century Farm North development as part of the City's water conservation <br />program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) has received Watershed -Based <br />Funding Pilot Program (WBFPP) funds from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources <br />(BWSR) (USWR) which are available for improvement and remediation of surface water <br />quality within the Rice Creek Watershed; and <br />WHEREAS, the RCWD has awarded the City funding in the amount, not to exceed, $14,040 for <br />the Study. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Cost -Share Agreement with the Rice Creek Watershed District and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of May, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />vote beingtaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Raffery, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia Bartell, City' Clerk <br />Maher <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />and upon <br />
