CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-62 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR GARAGE FLOOR COATING OF MN <br />WHEREAS, A Representative for Garage Floor Coating of Minnesota has submitted a peddlers <br />license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Garage Floor Coating has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Garage Floor of Minnesota to travel throughout Lino Lakes offering garage floor <br />sealing for a period of six -months commencing May 28th through November 28, 2019. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of May, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />
