CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-64 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE NE LINO <br />LAKES DRAINAGE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to construct a surface water conveyance system to provide an <br />outlet to landlocked areas included within the North East Drainage Comprehensive Stormwater <br />Management Plan Area; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2018 the City Council approved Resolution No. 18-139, authorizing <br />the City Engineer, WSB and Associates, to prepare plans and specifications for the the NE Lino <br />Lakes Drainage Area improvement project, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the NE Lino Lakes <br />Drainage Area Improvement Project and has presented such plans and specifications to the City <br />Council for approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota approves the plans and specifications for the NE Lino Lakes Drainage Area <br />Improvement Project, a copy of which is on file at City Hall. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of May, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />�u i. e Bartell, Cijy Clerk <br />
