Staff has been working <br />with the license holders to put in place all renewal requirements to allow for Council <br />consideration at this time. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Attached is a list of the establishments that have submitted renewal applications. As indicated, <br />the applicants have completed the necessary documentation and paid the fee that is required for <br />the license. <br />The Lino Lakes Public Services Department performs the investigation and reports any <br />information that would make applicants ineligible for license renewal. Each license is <br />contingent upon the background investigation. <br />No license will be released until all requirements are met. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution 19-68, approving renewal of tobacco licenses for the period of July 1, 2019 <br />through June 30, 2020. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Resolution 19-68 <br />2019-2020 Tobacco License Renewal List <br />
