CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-73 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR CLEARWAY COMMUNITY SOLAR <br />WHEREAS, Gregory Green, sales representative for Clearway Community Solar has submitted <br />a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Gregory Green has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check and <br />has found no reason to deny the license; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Clearway Community Solar to sell services door to door for a period of six -months <br />beginning June 25, 2019 and ending December 25, 2019. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th of June, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council MemberRafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reiner , : rayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Jufi nne Bartell, Ci'y Clerk <br />
