CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-80 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />2019 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 19-43 of the Council adopted on April 8, 2019, awarding the <br />contract for the 2019 Mill and Overlay Project to North Valley, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $149,100.00, and the construction <br />services in the amount of $11,064.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of June, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, Thefollowingvoted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Maer, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Abstain "Rafferty) <br />Jeff Reinert, : 'or <br />ATTEST: <br />
