CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-91 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR CHILI SUSHI AND THAI <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for an on -sale wine and 3.2 beer license <br />from Mu Win, Lee Ah Lay Mar and Pa Pra, owners of Chili Sushi and Thai, located at <br />730 Apollo Drive, Suite 110; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department conducted an investigation of the applicants <br />within the past year; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale wine and beer license for Chili Sushi and Thai to <br />all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal <br />government and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of July, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council MemberStoesz and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Stoesz, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juliann- Bartell, City C -rk <br />
