CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-97 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />2019 PHEASANT HILLS CIRCLE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 19-59 of the Council adopted on May 13, 2019, awarding <br />the contract for the 2019 Pheasant Hills Circle Project to T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $65,524.25. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />ThEofdowing voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert : yor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju i. e Bartell, C. y Clerk <br />
