CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-103 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A NEW ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY <br />LICENSE FOR EL ZOCALITO LLC, <br />DB/A EL ZOCALO GRILL & CANTINA 566 LILAC STREET <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for an On -Sale Liquor and Sunday <br />License from Edwardo Silva, El Zocalito LLC d/b/a El Zocalo Grill & Cantina located at <br />566 Lilac Street; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said application and determined that the request <br />meets the requirements of the City Code and Minnesota State Statutes for the type of <br />licenses requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted a <br />background investigation of the applicant and has found no reason to deny, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement Division requires the liquor be <br />approved by the City of Lino Lakes City Council before submitting to the State for <br />approval. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new On -Sale liquor and Sunday license for Fiesta Cancun <br />Mexican Grill & Bar subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the <br />city, state and federal government and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of August, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member stoesz and u <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Stoesz, Manthey, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, Cit�j Clerk <br />Jeff Reinert a ' or <br />
